The Jordon Group, part of Bellrock Group, successfully delivered the complete workplace fit-out and HVAC installation for Express Cuisine’s new headquarters in Blackburn.
As a family-owned UK food manufacturer, Express Cuisine wanted a workspace that reflected its growth, brand identity, and commitment to quality. The new headquarters needed to combine modern aesthetics with practical functionality – creating a bright, comfortable, and efficient environment that would inspire staff and support day-to-day operations.
By working closely with the client, our team ensured that every detail aligned with Express Cuisine’s business objectives, brand standards, and long-term vision for success.
Our Role
The Jordon Group managed every stage of the process. From early design concepts through to full turnkey delivery, our integrated approach combined design, build, and technical HVAC services to deliver a seamless outcome.
Alongside the full fit-out and HVAC installation, our refrigeration team designed, supplied, and installed a bespoke cold room system to support Express Cuisine’s production operations. This included high-performance insulation panels, energy-efficient refrigeration units, and integrated temperature controls to maintain optimal performance and compliance. Our aftercare service continues to provide routine maintenance and rapid-response support, ensuring reliability and peace of mind long after installation.
Our scope included:
- CAD-led design planning and interior layout
- Full interior fit-out, including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, and décor
- Bespoke joinery and washroom installation
- HVAC design and installation to optimise comfort and energy performance
- Bespoke cold room supply, installation and after care (PPM)
- End-to-end project management and compliance from start to completion
