We were proud to deliver a full refurbishment of The Venue – the purpose-built conference and event centre at Center Parcs, Woburn Forest.
Set within 365 acres of peaceful woodland, The Venue is designed to host a wide range of corporate events, from large-scale conferences and product launches to intimate seminars and board meetings. With nine adaptable suites and the capacity to accommodate up to 600 guests in theatre style or gala dinner layout, it offers both flexibility and a stunning setting for professional gatherings.
Our team was tasked with modernising the space to reflect the high standards and contemporary feel expected of a premier event destination. Our involvement covered the complete fit-out of the space — a fully managed project that transformed the venue inside and out. Key works included:
- Full interior strip-out and reconfiguration to suit new layouts and enhanced flow across multiple function rooms.
- Bespoke joinery and feature wall panelling, crafted and installed to bring warmth and texture to the contemporary design scheme.
- Flooring installation throughout, incorporating a mix of hardwearing finishes for high-traffic areas and premium surfaces for lounges and reception zones.
- Ceiling replacement and upgrades, including the integration of acoustic solutions and lighting features tailored to each suite’s purpose.
- Custom-built reception and service counters, designed for both style and functionality.
- Audio-visual infrastructure installation to support the centre’s state-of-the-art conferencing requirements.
- Decoration and finishing throughout — delivering a high-end finish aligned with the Center Parcs brand and guest expectations.
Working closely with the client and other stakeholders, we ensured minimal disruption while operating within a live, operational resort environment — completing the project on schedule, and to the highest quality standard.
