The Jordon Group is proud to have successfully delivered a brand-new petrol forecourt station for our long-standing clients, EG On The Move, in the vibrant Birmingham suburb of Tyseley—just four miles from the city centre.
This new-to-industry, 24-hour forecourt has been designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, round-the-clock convenience services in the area. With a focus on operational efficiency, customer comfort, and high footfall readiness, the site is already making a strong impact in the local community.
What we delivered:
- A fully fitted SPAR convenience store, offering a wide selection of everyday groceries and essentials
- A Sbarro food concession, bringing fresh pizza and fast casual dining to forecourt customers
- A Chaiiwala drive-thru, delivering a modern twist on traditional chai and street food—perfect for on-the-go refreshment
From site mobilisation to handover, our team worked closely with EG On The Move to deliver this complex project on time and to the highest standard. Every aspect—from refrigeration and HVAC systems to interior fit-out and signage—was completed with precision and care.
