We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of Phase One of this outstanding redevelopment project, delivering:
- New ducted air conditioning and HVAC installation throughout the building, providing advanced climate control, improved energy performance, and enhanced indoor air quality. The system has been designed to suit the demands of modern office occupancy, featuring discreet ceiling integration, zoned temperature control, and increased ventilation rates. All works were completed alongside a new sprayed ceiling finish, offering a contemporary, industrial aesthetic while maintaining accessibility for ongoing HVAC maintenance and system upgrades.
- A stunning new reception entrance: a sophisticated space combining natural biophilic design elements, high-gloss marble finishes, and elegant lighting to create a professional first impression.
- The full fit-out of Floor Two, now the stylish new headquarters of MAG – Media Agency Group. The space features vibrant collaborative zones, glass-partitioned meeting rooms, bespoke signage, and modern breakout lounges with branding that reflects MAG’s bold creative energy.
- Refurbished washroom facilities on Floor Two, finished to a premium standard with full-height marble-effect tiling and contemporary fixtures.
