We are proud to showcase the successful completion of a landmark project at BP Cromwell Road North in Hammersmith, London – the UK’s first BP site to transition from traditional fuel to electric vehicle (EV) chargers.
This pioneering project represents a significant shift toward a greener, more sustainable future in forecourt design and operation.
Scope of Works
Delivered in partnership with NG Bailey on behalf of BP, The Jordon Group carried out a full interior redevelopment of the site, which included:
• Complete strip-out of all wall, floor, and ceiling finishes
• Installation of new ceramic floor tiling across both the retail unit and basement
• New wall finishes throughout the retail area in line with BP’s latest specification
• Full electrical rewire, including upgraded power and lighting systems
• Supply and installation of MVHR units (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) to support energy-efficient climate control
• Complete renewal of plumbing systems and water heaters, ensuring improved functionality and reliability
Retail & Customer Experience
The fit-out also included the full design and installation of a new Wild Bean Café and retail counters, aligned with the latest Marks & Spencer Food specification. This created a modern, inviting space that enhances the customer experience while supporting BP’s evolving retail offer.

The project was expertly managed by our Head of Shopfitting, Matt Hall, whose leadership ensured timely delivery and seamless coordination across all disciplines.
