The Jordon Group team had the pleasure of fitting-out the new look forecourt store, installing new air conditioning units, freezer cabinets, energy efficient Arneg S.P.A. cases, and modern shelving systems to display stock to its full potential. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality equipment to ensure our fit-out projects are not only safe but will stand the test of time.

The Jordon Group team installed new refrigeration and HVAC equipment, with the latest energy-saving technologies. The store also underwent a major uplift, giving it a fresh new look just in time for the holidays.🌱

The forecourt store offers a variety of food-to-go options, a @costa coffee station, plenty of household essentials and even a freezer for those ice cream cravings. 🍦

Welcome to the new and completely redeveloped Exelby Services on the A19 Southbound!

Exelby Services is a trunk road service area which comprises of a Shell PFS with HGV bunkering forecourt a retail shop and truck park.

The site underwent extensive redevelopment in late 2023 which included an extension of the shop, truck park and car parking facilities.

The Jordon Group had the honour of carrying the complete fit-out works from the floor to the ceiling of the retail store.

The extension to the shop building featured a flat roof which allowed for the installation of a 60 kW solar PV system to help reduce the site’s electricity costs, as well as greatly reducing the operational carbon footprint of the site.

The new truck park was built using a HRA tarmac to cope with the high usage and heavy impact, wear and tear from the 40+ HGV trucks that use the truck park each night.

A high-tech CCTV and ANPR gated access system with full perimeter lighting means the truck park, despite not being manned, is one of the highest security parking facilities in the region.

The shop extension enabled the build and installation of a kitchen prep area and hot food-to-go as well as eat-in offer under the Stone Willy’s Kitchen brand. This exclusive brand and extensive menu cater for every demographic of client, providing a healthy grab and go meal option, as well featuring a relaxed seating area for those who have some extra time to relax with a meal and Costa Coffee of their choice.
